Recent Projects Residential Work Residential Work is an important and growing area. These two contrasting case studies demonstrate our flexibility and ability to work in various environments. Bailey Hill is a renovation of a Grade II listed water tower into a dwelling and the development of 14 new luxury apartments. New Pipers is an architecturally challenging privately commissioned new build in Hertfordshire.
Active Connect have achieved accreditation as an approved electrical contractor for BP Oil and have been awarded contracts to provide design, electrical, fire detection and datacoms services for the new BP Connect Service Stations. We
have also worked on the full and partial redevelopment of Somerfield petrol stations to provide a modern fuelling offer in addition to the general retail sales area.
We have recently completed a design and build contract for a new indoor swimming pool for a private school in Walton-upon-Thames, Surrey. We have also provided electrical design and installation services for the first batch of pilot sites for the new M&S Simply Food offer within the BP Connect shop format. Active Connect provided an all-inclusive design and build package for a new build office development in Luton.
